At the meeting, the participants jointly studied the rules of procedure of the Branch Committee of Shandong 3D holding Group Co., Ltd. (revised), the rules of procedure of the Board of Directors of Shandong 3D holding Group Co., Ltd. (revised), and the rules of procedure of the Office of the General Manager of Shandong 3D holding Group Co., Ltd. (revised) recently issued by Shandong 3D holding Group. Through a clear list of rights and responsibilities, the three rules of procedure stipulate the decision-making responsibilities and contents of the various governance subjects of the company, which not only ensures the implementation of the pre-procedure of the party organization's research and discussion as a major decision-making issue, but also ensures the efficient operation and scientific decision-making of the board of directors and managers.
